The Sugar Loaf Mountain residence at One Steamboat Place offers unrivaled slopeside access at the base of the mountain. With beautiful new upgrades throughout, you will feel right at home after you return from a day on the mountain. The residence features a large living area with mountain and valley views. Its open floor plan creates a spacious, free-flowing living, dining, and kitchen area. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, this living area includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable couches for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Aspiring chefs will delight in the professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances. There is also a built-in Viking gas grill on the deck. The primary bedroom has modern and stylish furnishings plus a gas fireplace and ensuite bath with a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom suite has a king bed with a private bath. A third bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom offers two sets of twin-over-full bunks with fun wallpaper. This residence offers a separate office room with high speed internet, for remote working. Guests also have use of a washer and dryer on site in the hallway. Please note: One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the residence. This information needs to be provided prior to arrival. SKI ACCESS Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts.
