Beaver Mountain residence overlooks the beautiful Yampa Valley and is very centrally located in the building making access to the pool, hot tubs, fitness center and spa equally simple as it is to access the gathering room, wine room and members' ski locker room. The slope side, private luxury residences at One Steamboat Place are located on Steamboat Square and offer ultimate mountain access. The home features a large living area and its open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather for meals, conversation in front of the large stone fireplace or watching a movie. A beautiful and professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight any aspiring chefs and there is a built-in Viking gas grill on the deck. There is seating for 10 at the dining table and room to seat more at the kitchen island. The primary suite features valley views, a glowing gas fireplace and a spacious attached bath complete with a large dual sink vanity, a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. SKI ACCESS Guests will pick up their skis and snowboards from the ski valet located right outside the One Steamboat Place building on the Plaza Level and walk straight to the base area lifts. Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations. IN HOME AMENITIES All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
