From the main entrance of the home or the attached 2-car garage, you'll enter the kitchen with granite countertops, wine fridge and breakfast bar seating for four. Just beyond the kitchen is the dining area with seating for six and a great room with flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and large leather wrap-around sofa. Also on this level are three bedrooms, including the primary suite with a king bed, flat-screen TV, patio access, as well as its own en suite bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV and en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and flat-screen TV and uses the bathroom just down the hall with a shower-tub combo. The upper level has a reading nook on the landing that overlooks the great room, as well as the fourth bedroom perfect for kids. This bedroom has two sets of twin bunks, a flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bath with a walk-in shower. Guests may enjoy the community pool and hot tub at the Alpine Club, just a half mile away. SKI ACCESS: This home is located just 0.3 miles from the Arrow Bahn Express Lift at the base of Arrowhead. Skiers can walk along Sawatch Drive to Arrowhead Circle to reach the lift, or drive 0.3 miles and park in the Arrowhead skier lot. Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations. SHUTTLE For winter service within the Arrowhead Community – book rides through Village Connect App. Service is available from 07:30am – 5:30pm during ski season. The shuttle will pick up at residences and drop off at the Alpine Club Circle. IN HOME AMENITIES All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances. This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it?
